App manager will not recognize English

when try download application manager, menu appears in chinese. preferences panel not include english option. instead shows cyrillic, 3 asian scripts, turkic , appears transliterated asian language. running mac os 10.6.8 on imac 2 intel core 2 duo,

 

when creative cloud apps page loads, language preference (highlighted in blue @ foot of page) shows english.

 

if search updates of cs5 apps, application manage appears, yet when try download app cc page, whether stand alone or via app, asian version pops no way change english.

 

i subscribed cc via telephone - website wasn't working - possibley have it?

please email me @ kenrice@adobe.com adobe id email , pdapp.log file. have issue investigated.

 

to log file open terminal application (under applications > utilities in finder). type this:

cat ~/library/logs/pdapp.log > ~/desktop/pdapp.log

 

the log file should have been copied desktop.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
