Audio sync drifting in rendered clips

i'm using premiere pro cs5.5 on pc running windows 7, 2.80ghz intel core i7 cpu, 6gb ram, 64-bit os.

i working on interview shot 2 canon dslrs, 500d , rebel t3i, using audio captured m-audio microtrack ii. audio edited down in premiere rendered out , handed on third party cleaned in pro tools. length of edited interview short of 4 minutes.

when preview in premiere timeline audio synced when render out clip audio drifts starts out of sync frame or 2 , end it's off lot. i'm not sure how proceed since audio looks more or less perfect in timeline.

i'm hoping has suggestions project deadline tomorrow, i'm supposed making minor fixes @ point i'm dealing issue has totally broken half video.

thanks

what project/sequence settings, formats you're exporting , frame rates of eos footage? type of thing can happen if audio sample rate being changed @ export, obvious question begin track actually correct - audio running slow or video running fast? how lengths of exported footage compare sequence?
