Changing the Printing Preferences via Registry on PC's Remotely

hi all

 

 

i trying change printing preferences in adobe reader multiple pc's in multiple locations (the pc's have versions of adobe installed can't make these changes usual creation of custom msi)

 

i'm looking in registry under hkcu\software\adobe\acrobat reader\8.0\

(since under hkcu making script logs machine every time)

(it has adobe reader 8 due compatibility issues)

 

issue i’m stumped there go , change i’m looking detailed explanation on keys need change (or better on keys in location)

 

what need change under print menu in page handling have ensure "auto-rotate , centre" & "choose paper source pdf page size" both ticked.

 

i saw thread recommending installation of adobe aim did this, find interface confusing , after 40 minutes of trying find needed gave up

reader 8 long way , don't have code hand (it's not supported anymore , should update current version, many reasons), in acrobat or reader x set following values under avgeneral key

 

bprintsetpagesize = 1

bprintautorotate = 1

 

 

i think they're same 8 - if values aren't there, in touch.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
