Error #2032 when response body of HTTPService is too long

after hours of struggling 2032 error have narrowed down problem.

 

my flex application calls jsp on tomcat server residing on local machine. call flex http service. throws http request error, error #2032. url works fine when copying , pasting browser.

 

the funny thing when goto network monitor see jsp sends response , seems correct except error. when edit jsp give shorter response works!

 

so in short, can't application accept xml response jsp longer length.
