Lost lens correction panel on Develop module

hi there!!

i'm using lightroom 3.6 , before upgrading lightroom 4, bought new macbookpro laptop , wanted try there. wanted make move step step: first hardware, software.  i'm running mac os x 10.7.4 (lion).  told people @ store bought new laptop transfer applications old laptop new one.  during process, there problem (safari crashing when opening!!) , had reinstall mac os x on new computer.  when checked lightroom on old computer, found out there many changes , strange:

- on develop module, pannel lens correction (the 1 slides move picture horizontally, vertically, rotate etc... , 1 correction red/blue lines @ edges of contrast areas of picture) had changed!!  seems if had gone previous version of lightroom, when open "about lightroom" version gives version 3.6 - camera raw 6.6

- mark "good pictures" color red (number 6).  "good pictures" had lost red color , white color appeared on them.  why???

- print presets (print module) had dissapeared...

and many other issues had still not noticed.

my new laptop in apple factory because camera inside did not work??!! transition being bad far.  i'm working old laptop , lightroom not complete.. have contacted adobe support (case #0183514892) , chat support without success.  i'm dissapointed.  can me, please?  thanks!!

regards,

for lens correction panel, can see screenshot please?

for labels, go metadata menu > color label set , put names match names of labels using previously.  white labels mean 'name' of color label doesn't match of colors in current set.  can check metadata panel see names were, if can't remember.

also go preferences > presets tab , check store presets catalog , see if print presets , other settings come back.  if don't, can uncheck again.
