mp4 video lost one stero channel

i not sure ask question start here. have cs 4.

have mp4 video clip. video characteristics=mp4 movie, 1280x960 (1.0), alpha, 29.97 fps, pixel depth=24.  audio=48khz, 16b stereo. got these characteristics premier pro.

when play clip, 1 of 2 audio channels shows no signal @ on pc. same clip works fine on pc , apple computer. tried premier pro, windows media player, divx player , roxio player same result. using other clips mp2, wmv, etc play stereo channels fine. not have other mp4 clips test with. thing comes mind is, missing codec? 1 more strange thing. played clip on other pc , used roxio generate pcm wave file via sound card. same problem! wave file plays fine on other pc not mine. have run out of ideas.....any thoughts?

in free utility, mediainfo, shows audio properties of file?

 

i find better info panel in many programs/players.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
