Style Mapping for TOC & Drop-down

i'm using robohelp 8 , ms word 2007. i've modified style mapping.dot word template in project folder (as opposed generic 1 in robohelp installation folder). i've done mapping in printed document appearance dialog box. problem robohelp seems totally ignore or override styles in template. hope can tell me i'm doing wrong. let me list of problems:

  • in table of contents, top-level entries numbered. within robohelp, heading 1 entries not numbered, , comparable style, toc1, in word template not numbered. yet in output, entries numbered. don't want them numbered.
  • the word output "dropspot" text indented 1/2", , output "droptext" indented 1". both encased in <p> tags in robohelp source, , style div.droptext in default.css not contain left-margin rule. in word template, mapped paragraph style droptext not contain indent. of course style information dropspot on both robohelp , word sides character format , can't contain left-margin/indent information. grins, tried changing color dropspot , droptext in style sheet; change produced in output, nothing have been able eliminates indentation.
  • the word output droptext bolded. again, not bolded in robohelp source, defalut.css, nor in word template style mapped it.

in case of toc problem, robohelp seems add numbering toc1 style though not in style mapping.dot. fixing simple altering style in output.

in case of dropspot/droptext entries, problem monumental. robohelp not appear add indentation information word style sheet. instead, appears ot modify every single instance inline. beccause system in question consists of large volume of drop-down entries , because must exist in both online , printed versions, virtually requires maintenance of 2 entirely separate "documents." since source can change , substantially, becomes extraordinarily expensive in terms of resources. need able generate useful printed documentation online source. suggestions.

i created new project , set map style mapping template. new copy taken installation folder.

i opened template in word , used change style pod (ctrl + shift + alt + s). there removed numbering toc style. when generated document, there no numbering.

dropspots can part of paragraph there should no indenting. in sentence "part of paragraph" dropspot indenting nonsense.

using supplied template neither indented.

that suggests me fresh @ in project template needs review.
