possible in grub2, temporary default entry. example

have 2 menuentry in grub.cfg 0 & 1. default 0 want automatically boot once 1 , changes 0.

hope clear on requirement.

if understand question correctly seems lot of hassle automate 1 boot? cant boot manually other os once? surely thats easier changing grub default twice!?
