Website appears wrong on Internet Explorer - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have created basic joomla website: http://www.oxfordcitywalk.co.uk , although appearing on google chrome , firefox browsers, there errors ie. on internet explorer moo menu in wrong position , first item on left hand menu partially obscured, placement of images in showcase slide show on welcome page wrong , of underlying code appearing in main body of pages.

i'm running joomla 1.5 , template made 1.5.

can help?

the styling wrong ie. different browsers require different css styling unfortunately. you'll see themes boast compatibility different browsers , versions , stop supporting older ones.

it's old template , isn't styled support newer browsers, have changed causing render/appear differently strange b/c have thought browsers backwards compatible.

you can correct or request support provider. if made have style ie , read on using detection include additional rules.

for example, if find browser ie can include additional ie styling specific browser , specific versions of ie.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
