Aggregator-created EXE does not autorun chapters the 2nd time it is viewed on a machine

i created .exe using cp6 aggregator. when .exe opened, first chapter runs automatically, expected. runs automatically on machine. however, when colleague opens .exe first time, first chapter runs automatically. when closes , re-opens .exe, toc , aggregator frame displayed, first chapter not run automatically. once selects first chapter in toc, runs. have tested on 5 machines. on 2 of machines, first chapter runs automatically no matter how many times .exe opened/closed. on 3 of machines, first chapter runs automatically first time .exe run on machine. once .exe opened on machines 2nd , subsequent times, first chapter not automatically run.

 

additional info: 1 of machines works , 1 of machines not work both had exact same flash player version. it's not version issue. however, when updated flash player version on machine, seemed "reset" .exe. when opened on machine first time after update, ran first chapter expected. however, on subsequent attempts first chapter did not open automatically again. may indeed, have flash player, i'm stumped. appreciated.
