I have just tried to convert a PDF file for the first time. Get error message-can't access service.

i purchased exportpdf , have tried convert pdf file *.docx , *.rtf first time.  in both cases file says there error accessing online service.  do?

could try these steps alleviate access issue you're having:

 

• choose edit > preferences (win) or adobe reader > preferences (mac)
• click 'online services' on left-hand side
• sign out of our adobe id , sign in.
• try convert document again.

 

if continue have trouble, please verify can access service via web interface.  this:

• open browser , navigate http://exportpdf.acrobat.com/signin.html
• try log in adobe id (email address) , password
• once logged in, follow on-screen prompts convert file
