Indesign layout and printers

i'm using indesign cs 5.5 , have dell 3130 cl printer.

 

sometimes have create document precise layout. example, i'll have document has have text begin 1" below page.

when go print document, text seems pushed down , on (maybe 1/6 of inch). presume has printer settings haven't been able figure out.

 

any appreciated.

that's within tolerance sort of device. print 10 , you'll see 8 differnt positions.

 

if need kind of positional accuracy need use printing press.
