Registered users forbiden to login to Joomla and Joomsocial - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi.
i have problem registered users forbidden login.
error "you cannot access private section of website",while super user login normally.
i first notice problem when registered users cannot login jomsocial,but later tried joomla login , same.
at first joomsocial toolbar without access level,but changed "public",and still not working.
this website created automated script ,and later updated hosting provider.
it joomla 1.7 , updated 2.5.x,i updated 2.5.8.
can give me idea try next?

well, found issue, reason data wrong on public permission, fix had go site->global configuration->permissions , set public permission option "site login" "not set". set "denied".
