Shape Hints Bug

i have file complex shape hints. if change computers or change users on same computer looses shape hints when opened. identical file on different machine works fine. there preferences in flash can turn off fix this?

windows 7. flash pro cs6, latest updates

i have had sounds same problem in cs5.5. hoping upgrading cs6 might solve it, read using cs6!

 

did find solution?

 

i spent 6 months making cartoon using lot of shape hints on shape tweens character's organic movement. 1 day, shape tween shape hint on stopped working. far aware, did not install update, stopped working;- faces, ears, eyes etc vanish @ different points watch cartoon.

 

now maybe file got big , complex added more pieces (and indeed file pretty big @ point), but, when tried opening small source files drag bigger file (let's animation of hand on it's own) hinted shape tweens in simple source files had stopped working. reapply hints (if indeed solve it) take me @ least 2 months of solid work take me way past deadline.

 

like you, try opening files on computer , animation works fine, no data in actual files lost; problem seems flash pro itself; way interprets shape hints seems have altered @ deep level no obvious reason.

 

trouble is, out of 3 computers have access to, 2 of them have developed flash pro fault both without doing cause it. have tried uninstalling reinstalling of master collection , using adobe cleaner, upon reinstalling find flash still not reading hinted shape tweens. must means deep registry thing , know, adobe never lets true clean reinstall.. have left try reinstalling windows may have include formatting of hard drive total clean install. that's gonna cause me huge problems.

 

if cannot solved without trouble, cannot ever trust flash again, , lifelong user cease user.
