Stage/Timeline extremely slow under Mountain Lion

hello everyone,

 

i'm having issue flash cs6 on osx mountain lion. every action in program causes slow down considerably. things such selecting/moving on stage, selecting in liberary panel, clicking buttons on editor panel, , scrubbing timeline. using mac's menu bar in flash slow. slowest thing playback timeline editor, becomes slow crashes application:

even though of happening, every other application running fine. flash isn't taking more ram or cpu (except when it's crash), , i've had problem after upgrading mountian lion, in lion fine. swf file publish , playback have no problems whatsoever. exact same problems effecting flash cs5.5. adobe creative cloud member , other apps i've tried work perfectly. i've tried flash cs6 in windows on same machine , works should. problem consists on not existing .fla projects, brand new ones absolutly nothing in liberary or stage.

 

i have 2011 13-inch macbook pro 2.5 ghz i5 , 8 gb ram upgrade. have 32-bit version of flash cs6 , cs5.5, , of course os 10.8

 

i have bootcamp of windows, can keep working, rebooting big hit on workflow, plan use backup of lion. before that, want try , solve problem.

i had similar experience. turned out problem trial version of textexpander. turned off textexpander , removed computer , flash returned normal. flash uses lot of system resources , problematic application cause flash work oddly.

 

look @ other applications may have running. 1 of these might causing problems flash.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
