Trial Reader Extensions credentials error

i have installed windows x64 turnkey version of lc server.

i got errors during installation (admittedly should have make note of these, sadly havent) these not particulary descriptive have decided continue , see if able fix these later.

at moment had @ admin console (seems work fine) , tried launch reader extensions module latter not want start. after logging in presented following message:

 

application alert

a fault occured while trying access list of reader extensions credentials

 

and subsequently being logged off.

 

i tried find cause of issue in trust store no avail.

 

can help?

i'd recommend restarting server , checking server log errors.  also, have installed re cert in trust store local credential should following:

 

name: ares

subject: c=us,o=adobe systems incorporated,ou=adobe trust services,cn=are idev v6.1 p19 0009278

issuer: cn=product services,ou=adobe trust services,o=geotrust inc.,c=us
