Android Viewer Builder apps video crash (v21?)

we running problems viewer builder-built multi-issue v21 apps on android, video playback.  full-screen video, when clicked play not play , causes entire folio go black. no play controls, nothing. app must killed bring normal.

 

we have created multi-issue app (v21) viewer builder , have tested on both xoom , tab same results.  v22 not option viewer-builder v22 doesn't support android 4.1.

 

it appears related viewer-builder-built apps.

 

we testing on:

 

- motorola xoom w/ android 4.1.1

- galaxy tab w/ android 2.2

 


adobe content viewer v22

- video playback ok

 

adobe content viewer v21

- video playback ok

 

viewer builder multi-issue app v22

- app crashes on launch on android 4.1 (known issue: http://forums.adobe.com/message/4620877#4620877)

 

viewer builder multi-issue app v21

- on tap of video overlay, viewer goes black without play controls. tapping button returns black screen (occassionally see assets in article on black background)

check screen size of video. should not exceed screen size of device.

 

e.g if video 1500x800 , screen size of device 1280x800 crash.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
