Can't open or reinstall Acrobat 9 Pro


i moved new macbook air (from older powerbook) , transferred applications , settings new computer using restore time machine.

 

my entire adobe creative suite 5 works fine on new computer ... except adobe acrobat 9 professional:

 

1. when tried open got error message had open part of suite, , open cs5 application .... did, still didn't work.

 

2. following advice of forum, uninstalled acrobat pro new machine , tried reinstall disk. i'm getting error messages licensing no longer working software.

 

please help! need software work ... advice?
