How do you get support from Adobe?
i cannot support or answers adobe. chat: said couldn't answer question, had call support phone number. did this. asked phone number , said call in 30 40 minutes. called in 5 minutes. put on hold on hour. , hung on me.
i've had few problems adobe in past 10 years. quick, sweet help. now, nothing.
how help? or out of luck - big, don't care?
here's problem: creative cloud member. downloaded flash cs6 on main computer, , laptop. used laptop, had start using it. working flash on laptop noticed brush tool did not have options on toolbar. no size, pen tool use, nothing. restarted program. still nothing. so, reset program holding down cmd+option+shift restarted program. proper message came asking if wanted reset, clicked yes. still didn't fix issue.
given program downloaded, , knowing problems can happen if line "burps" during large download figured i'd uninstall flash completely, , go , download again. nope, button download says has been downloaded.
now what? adobe apparently can't help. ideas?
run cleaner tool (www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html ) and re-install , cannot troubleshoot or until don't have software installed.
