Thread: How / where is Xft.lcdfilter enabled?

hi,

has been puzzling me time; i'd know xft.lcdfilter parameter set default. thought set /etc/fonts/conf.d/11-lcd-filter-lcddefault.conf, if remove file , restart x still enabled:

code:
$ xrdb -query xft.dpi:    96 xft.antialias:    1 xft.hinting:    1 xft.hintstyle:    hintslight xft.rgba:    rgb xft.lcdfilter:    lcddefault
it doesn't seem appear in global or user-specific xresources files. gnome "appearance" applet doesn't have option lcdfilter. might hard-coded library?

appreciated. i'd option change or disable lcdfilter @ earliest setting.

thanks!
