Why is my Hardware Accelerate Composition, Layer, and Footage Panels check box disabled
hello anyone!
i have requirements meet adobe's standards gpu requirements, check box (hardware accelerate composition, layer, , footage panels)[edit>preferences>display] disabled me, why? need worry setting? matter? information on topic helpful. in adavance feedback.

feature support levels
there 3 tiers or levels, lowest highest requirements, of support:
level 1: opengl swapbuffer:
this level requires gpu can opengl 1.5, or greater, shader model 3.0, or greater. ati , nvidia cards, , intel hd graphics 3000 chipset (available in macbook air, mac mini, various windows machines, etc.) , 4000 (windows @ time) supported. if gpu not support these requirements, software os blitting cs5.5 occurs, , there improvements software blitting in after effects cs6, well.
level 2: fast draft previews, hardware blitpipe, , cartoon gpu acceleration:
includes level 1 features. level requires opengl 2.0, or greater (with shader model 4.0, or greater, on windows), , 256 mb, or greater, of texture memory. ati , nvidia cards released in past 5 years, plus intel hd graphics 3000/4000, support level.
if gpu not support these requirements, these features disabled:
- fast draft mode
- the "hardware accelerate composition, layer, , footage panels" preference.
- the cartoon effect's "use opengl when available" option (the cartoon effect runs on cpu).
level 3: ray-traced 3d rendering on gpu:
includes level 1 & 2 features (for machines attached monitors). level requires supported nvidia gpu , 512 mb, or greater, of texture memory. current list of supported gpus, see adobe website.
well, should concerned isn't available - there still configuration issue graphics card - can live without of time.
