Any word on when AE CS6 and Premiere will be fixed?

hello,

just spent better part of afternoon searching , trying various tweaks recommended make cs6 video editing programs usable. no luck.

efficiency of these programs has tanked since cs5.5 wait see if , there update @ least make these apps work have in prior iteration. if work you, great. i'm glad you don't face same frustration many others , including myself facing.

 

both test machines macs, both run mountain lion.

macpro 10 gigs of ram and...

macbookpro 16gigs ram

 

both render 5 minute movie in on 2 hours without additional plugins or special effects. simple screen shot movie , audition wav file voice on instructional movie seniors photoshop.

 

regardless, opened same 2 files new project in ae 5.5 and... well... works. there no minutes of delay when scrubbing timeline , have usable.

but frustration product woudl released (cs6) in such poor state , well.... (fill in blanks)

 

so, question ; there word on adobe fixing , acknowledging problem?

have sought support specific issues?  personally, cs6 running quite me on mountain lion.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
