How do create a table of contents page from a series of bookmarks?

i compiling bundles of documents printing, starting single pdfs. combine them using acrobat pro x mac gives me single pdf, series of bookmarks each document. insert page numbers.

 

what need way of creating table of contents printing (as opposed "digial t.o.c" - ie bookmarks list). ideally, need script copy list of bookmarks , page numbers each , dump them new page in pdf bundle (or text file).

 

that way can print pdf table of contents @ front.
