How to reset Creative Cloud apps for installing?

i have monthly subscribtion c6 series , did download photoshop on computer 2 month ago. when came holiday, had buy new subscription, because changed bank , no longer using card bought first subscription at. now, got payment through , deleted photoshop,illustrator apps , wanted re-install/download them. cant because still appears "installed" in apps & services: adobe creative cloud. there way reset app & services: adobe creative cloud section can re-install photoshop etc again?

you can try using adobe cleaner tool make sure applications uninstalled: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

make sure reboot computer after doing this. should able re-download applications after have run cleaner.

 

also, make sure have downloaded recent version of adobe application manager before start: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpid=4773

 

just quick note - if ever need change subscription information again in future, don't need uninstall , redownload applications have installed. you'll need reactivate them new information once open them

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
