Re-installing cs5 production premium

hiya

i bought new computer window 7, 64 bits, matchs requirement installing cs5 produciton premium. had running fine @ old computer until old computer broken.  first of all, install ed cs5 prodcution premuim in new computer, runs ok, when using illustrator, couldn't use pathfinder , doesn't alow me merge or trum, or other function.  so, thought might din't install correctly, unstalled whole program, , try re-install it, however, try install it, there little window come says need re-start computer, did computer . after restarted computer, try install program again, sample little window come ask me same question. , tried few times, still same results. now, can't re-install program @ all.

 

after desperation of no program use project, new idea came mind, download illustration cs6 trial adobe website, still countered same problem, while install cs6, asked me re-start computer, pressed ignore buttun. , here comes message on computer

run it, reinstall. , download msvc 2010 runtime microsoft , install manually.

PProHeadless.exe has stopped working error when opening projects in Adobe Media Encoder CS6

hi, upgraded adobe cloud cs6 , having problems adobe media encoder cs 6 (version 6.0.1.31 64-bit).   when try add adobe premiere projects in ame, gives me following error:   pproheadless.exe has stopped working   i tried rebooting, , still gives me same error.  project load, won't.   the premiere projects contain h.264 .mov file coming canon t2i.  added overlay logo bottom right of video created in adobe after effects, contains text, no effects, no motion, etc.  have .wav file recorded zoom h4n, not always.  edit in adobe audition remove noise feature.   i running on windows 7 ultimate 64-bit.  i'm using i7 16gb ram , ati 6870 video card.   i have lut buddy plugin installed.   it give me error first time try load project, , connection dynamic link server fail.  afterwards, if try load project again, if restart ame, stays stuck in connecting dynamic link server...   any provide appreciated. what happens when drag , a...
