There was an update to my Cloud products but I received an error message; how do I know which ones?
when got message there major update create cloud products, received message items didn't update, didn't let me know, ans major screen went away. don't see icons on desktop; don't know if that's bad or good, i;'m trying install program , it's error messaging me, saying unintall have , restart , re-install; far, have headaches subscription , im paying $50 headache no answers. else coming across same problems?

if open 1 of products , go help>updates should allow see updates remaining maybe experiencing difficulties. please try applying appropriate update directly product updates page @ http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/.
for updates update mechanism identical prepetual version of product. fact subscribing creative cloud not factor update failure.
