Thread: Kernal Panic! Help please!


this error message when try start computer.

[10.505734] kernal panic - not sync :vfs: unable mount root fs on unkown wn block(0,0)

occured when extracing files bioshock zip, , going fine, mam went on google, , asked me is, , have no idea.
anyways, find people had problem, theres differed mine.. im wondering if fixable, or easier re-install?

baring in mind fine , working.. im running ubuntu 10.04 [lucid lynx]

help.

riiiight, did take ram out, back-in, worked kinda, hard reset, took ram out again, back-in, , works fine again, weird. hope solves else's kernal panic problem. link posted above great hand, never have got idea if didnt read so.. thank them guy having problem .
kinda should have guessed in away, ram can flakey @ times.. ram causes problems..
