"Cannot Update Library" message in live app

hi -

 

we published dps newsstand multi-issue app app store week (completely free publication/subscription), , while many have been able download issue successfully, i've heard of couple of issues far. in both cases users able download app app store, , issues failed when trying download issue adobe's servers:

 

1) "cannot update library" - user trying download issue on ipad 3 (we created single rendition release, ipads should work) , receiving message. user based on east coast u.s.

2) user in china unable download journal. when connected u.s. vpn able download it. based on earlier posts, seems adobe prevents users downloading dps content in china. there plan resolve this, if so, when? large customer base of ours in china.

1) "cannot update library error has occurred."


if accidentally used duplicate product ids nonrenditions, change them unique.

  1. in folio producer, select affected folios , click update button.
  2. edit product id unique.
  3. deselect update contents option, click update.
  4. repeat necessary other folios.
  5. if product ids assigned retail folios, update product ids in-app purchases in device os developer accounts. it's necessary match defined in folio producer. see os developer materials more information.

 

2 ) at time, cannot download issues within dps viewer apps in china.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
