Blank Component Generator for Developers - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have prepared tool joomla! developers . hope see how save time prepare blank component. when start application, enter basic information , author, , point place folder file structure created. archive directory (as zip file) , ready installation in joomla! (default 2.5) after installation done in dev joomla! can take right away programming, instead of building blank component , distracting potential errors.



to generate ready install joomla component items do:

1. download , run generator repository project http://code.google.com/p/joomla-blank-extension-generator/
2. enter data component , author
3. click save , choose create directory file structure component
4. archive folder (as zip file) , install component in joomla! (via back-end panel)

requirements:
windows: required installation of mingw , qt library 4.8.4 - can download package http://qt-project.org/downloads qt libraries 4.8.4 windows (mingw 4.4, 317 mb)
mac osx: required qt library 4.8.4 qt libraries 4.8.4 mac (185 mb)
linux: qt libraries 4.8.4 linux/x11 (225 mb)


planned features:
* automatic zipping directory
* tab module allows generation of module installer ability insert html content
