Can I achieve these functions using Joomla? betting service - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i planning open new betting advisory service. site registration, new members register , when add new pick there information active pick , members receive on emails. there monthly , overally statistics. dont want advertise other betting services here, give 2 links such services , example of how site be. these sites standardpicks.com , rakasbets.com can see, there user panel, statistics, active picks , statistics counting automatically, site admin posting pick , settling won, lost or void. site calculate automatically stats.

please tell me, possible achieve using free extensions joomla? , if possible, hard or medium level , take couple of hours achieve this? ive been doingv sites time ago using older versions of joomla , artisteer create templates.

i @ intermediate level. registration stuff stock joomla going beyond there custom module development specific monthly , overall statistics.

with intermediate level would take few days put together. didn't dig functionality (or lack of functionality) these sites contain.
