Continually hangs on 3rd step - Xampp and Wamp Developer Pro - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

ok frustrating now.

i had nice setup of xampp had been using version 1.8.0 , have developed lots of sites in joomla 2.5....i wanted test out joomla 3.0.1

tried install , doesn't in step 3....i'm waiting bars move don't.

so uninstalled , upgraded xampp 1.8.1 , same thing happened. searched net answer , couldn't find one.

in vain have installed wamp developer pro version 4.1.0.0 in hope resolve , guess what...it didn't...still stuck on 3rd screen no movement.

i can't understand why have never faced issue before , have developed sites locally.
