Drop down populated from dynamic list

i'm using acrobat prox make pretty basic forms.  in of these different forms, have same drop down list branch or department filling out request.  however, our branches change few times year when add new, or drop some.  drop down list reference master list.  (this simple list.  name of each branch, no address or else. 1 column, around 50 rows)

 

i'm intermediate when comes forms, understand list has in fpf format , imported document... creating fpf file , linking it, i'm lost.
