Help with table column strokes

hi,

 

i'm in middle of creating price list , we've been brainstorming pricelist ideas.

 

we've come 1 want use, cannot table strokes want them do.

 

i've attached image of how want table look.

 

 

as can see column strokes not full length of cell, how format table function this?

you'll put "buffer" row between each row.

 

then select row between rows , choose split cell horizontally - (to keep automatic fill)

 

it's not automatic , imagine tedious.
