Illustrator CS6 download through Creative Cloud "appears corrupted" according to App Manager

i'm trying install illustrator cs6 through adobe application manager on mountain lion 10.8.  of other apps downloaded , installed fine.

 

but when trying downlaod illustrator, downlaods file, , message appears saying "the download appears corrupted.  please cancel, wait few minutes , try again. (-60)".  i've been trying off , on past week or now.

 

any tips or tricks?

 

not sure if it's relevant since other apps installed fine, i'm installing new external ssd drive i've booted from.  i'm installing software need onto it.  once i'm done , ready, i'll swap drives.

 

i'm running apple os 10.8 on macbook pro 2.66ghz intel core 2 duo procs , 8gb of ram.  macbook pro 17-inch 2009 model (first unibody model).

its workaround might easy solution, might download , install illustrator cs6 trial , license part of creative cloud membership using "license software" option.

 

this document describes process.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
