J2.5.6, Bluehost Global Config page broken - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

installing using bluehost one-click (simplescript), joomla 2.5.6 , upgraded 2.5.7, results in both installs show broken global configuration page (attaching screen shot), , pasting forum post ass't output.
