Thread: iwlagn causing kernel panic

i believe network driver (iwlagn) on laptop causing kernel panic upon resume suspend. dont have problems in normal use of laptop when wake suspend flashing caps lock key have read means kernel panic.

im not 100% iwlagn disabled iwlagn using modprobe -r iwlagn , there wasnt kernel panic upon resume suspend. when re-enabled iwlagn started again.

i've seen there have been similar problems in past threads 2008 thought problems must've been fixed later versions of iwlagn i'm not sure why happening me now. have hp pavilion dv5 laptop running ubuntu 11.04. network panic started week ago. perhaps update caused this.

can please?
