Thread: win7 blue screen after installing ubuntu 11.04(wubi)

installed ubuntu 11.04 wubi educational purposes. restarted laptop.

have select os grub. choose windows. need select whether run windows or ubuntu(in windows). select windows 7. after starting windows , 4 flags together. bsod.

ubuntu 11.04 works fine. windows 7 doesnt. gave ubuntu os 25gigs or of hdd space

there way fix without having clean install?

have tried reinstalling grub through these commands:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:yannubuntu/boot-repair

then after got wall of text

code:

sudo apt-get update

code:

 sudo apt-get install boot-repair-ubuntu

after install option(y/n), pressed yes

after went , clicked boot repair application , reinstalled grub.

after reinstalled grub still have same problem

toshiba satellite a665-6067
windows 7 home premium 64bit
i7 core 720q
nvidia geforce gt 330m
500gig hdd
4gigs ram

if installed wubi, uses microsoft windows boot loader boot. not install grub mbr, keep windows boot loader. have version looks grub install boots after choose ubuntu in windows boot loader.

v60 has improved formating , requires code tags make legible. new version zip file have extract .sh run.
