you copy joomla! site host services localhost follows:

(a) use extensions such akeeba backup (http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/access-a-security/backup/1606). similar extensions found @ http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/access-a-security/site-security/backup.

(b) follow instruction in link http://docs.joomla.org/copying_a_joomla_website.

note: should local environment joomla! run.
