hi team !!
i brand new in joomla world ansd since have tried update joomla version 2.5.6 stable 3.0 beta, have problem , cannot find solution.

the main page ok when try click on menu have access articles receive error 500 per following:

whatever else , before making other changes situation create backup of site , database in current form.
well there no direct solution issue unless have backup site , database recommended practice before making major changes site such updating, installing new extensions, or making changes core files or database (core file editing not recommended).
you might able rescue of site if manually turn off (disable) third party extensions have in phpmyadmin database if not have access backend administrator. includes third party templates have disable , enable 1 of core joomla templates instead.
there still no guarantee sufficient.
did manually upgrade 3.0.x extension manager or had changed settings in joomla update component's options panel?
does server meet minimum technical requirements joomla 3.0? if not none of foregoing worth doing not make jot of difference.
the other option work out precisely has been changed within joomla database structure , try , reverse this, suitable people appropriate mysql knowledge.
whatever else , before making other changes situation create backup of site , database in current form.
i recommend experimenting on correction of issues on localhost server same apache mysql , php versions remote host.
