Error Message using Acrobat Distiller

each time try take word document converted pdf , changed postscript , open in acrobat distiller error message:

can tell me need change in acrobat pass pdf/x compilance test???

 

please.....

make sure adobe pdf setting in distiller not 1 of pdf/x setting. choose standard or high quality print.
