i5 3550 Nvida 550 Ti 16GB plays DSLR and AVCHD pip! (thought i would post good news)

hi, had been having real nightmare , upgraded nvida drivers (and windows 7 installed service pack 1) , (touch wood) seems working great.  did picture in picture (played 2 streams @ once) both dslr , avchd footage , played full without dropping frames (ok sometimes, i.e. every few minutes @ full).  added auto levels both clips , played 1/2 rez without dropping frames!

i thought i5 3550 poky cpu (its 3rd gen , in benchmarks outperforms i7) people kept on telling me i5 not pp/dslr (seems new ones may ok). people said 550 ti not , needed 32gb memory.  know pride comes before fall , thought post news change;).

i not disagreeing general combined wisdom on forum type of setup should have if making living out of using pp nice seems possible build workable 'student' system.
