iPad app rejected

ok have been developing programs students pass faa written exams become pilots, , advent of html5 publishing , phone gap able bundle ipad app rejected 10 days later because of following reasons:

 

specifically, noticed app had low quality images , graphics, slow app performance, controls difficult use, , poor navigation. also, specifically, app not take advantage of ios platform. appropriate add ios specific ui , functionality.

 

now images problem , of them taken directly faa familiarize students, quality 1 faa gives.

 

how increase performance (app speed). when click next button takes 1-3 seconds go next slide. (i have not changed text animations, because although not supported html5 still show without effects: slow down performance?).

 

for ios ui have taken out standard playbar toc looks mimiking play bar ipad app might way go. can done. (as can see below image have modified toc collapse expand icon coding cptoc.js. quite struggle , on forums says cannot done (well has: can add image want replace << >> , resize please) here example:

if able succesfully app approved please out fellow captivator. pointers on matter appreciated.

on button click lag.. buttons set "continue" or "go next slide/jump slide?"
