Music slightly out of sync when exporting in Premiere CS6, format problem?

hi guys, have quick question.

i edited promo local band , perfect in sequence far being on point music @ beats , such. when export music out of sync, bad when edited specificly song. not using audio footage instead layed music track on everything. i'm not sure else do, format problem? using h.264 (see below), avi or else work better? appreciated thank you!

 

i exporting directly inside premiere cs6 using custom h.264 preset. 24fps, vbr 2 pass encoding. target 7mb, max 11mb. (with render @ maxium bit depth, , render @ highest quaility selected.)

 

i put audio settings high, 320kbs aac format.

 

i use custom built pc i7-3770k, 32 gb ram, , exported 120gb ssd.

 

any other info need ask.any types uploading vimeo doesn't out of sync there? thank in advance!
