Saving metadata with PSE10

hello - relatively new user of pse10. have large collection of photos want scan , archive on win xp pc (to replaced win 7 machine in next few weeks).

 

i know how add information photos using "properties" function in pse10 organizer (followed ctl-w write info file). *however*, information not written file. have tested examining resulting file in several different programs, including paintshop pro, zoner photo studio, windows image viewer, etc. appears information gets saved whatever has been entered in "caption" field. nothing else have entered shows up.

 

has else run across problem? of documentation have seen pse 10 claims pse 10 saves metadata image files, not appear case. / suggestions appreciated. thanks.

your experience extremely unusual. pse tends write info files on sending photo editor. sure have no exif, no nothing? captions/descriptions not attainable after writing file because of discrepancies in stored, other metadata should there. metadata missing?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
