recently in uk there has been digital switchover. have bought myself hd tv have hooked nettop have (ubuntu 11.04 nvidia ion graphics card).

question dont have pci slots in net top im looking set freeview hd recorder / player.

can point me in direction of need buy this?

dont need hard disk ive got plenty disks nettop hdtv usb reciever need? ie this

want able record , watch hd tv , have programme guide good.

rather spend £35 200+ on freeview+ hd box if dont need to.

yes that's kind of device need, although should check work ubuntu first. best find mythtv or mythbuntu compatibility list since suspect you'll want use mythtv control things in 1 shape or (or perhaps xbmc addon)
