Thread: System Restore??

is there way save current system setup, if try change can system restore in windows, or snapshot in virtualbox can revert prior state?? real helpful because have reinstalled system couple of times due mess ups. dual booting have been spending of time here in linux land, , desktop pretty set, network working, software packages installed , not have redo on again @ point!! although learn alot fixing mistakes gets tiresome!.
