Accessing Cloud services

i pc , using cs 6 design & web premium (both 32 , 64 bit installed). purchased cloud downloaded muse , photoshop extended. (i told support install photoshop again) need have access web font service via ai , photoshop unfortunately can access services muse. don't want start uninstalling things because have lot of work-in-progress , don't want loose stuff. can help?

not sure expecting. cannot use web fonts in ai or photoshop , that. it's strictly web thing both technical , licensing reasons.
