Acrobat X Pro Config Error 130:11


we subscribed creative cloud weeks ago , having same issue (error 130:11) acrobat x pro , getting trial dialog whenever try launch cs6 apps. when click "license software" message "internet connection required subscriptions" (no idea why doesn't recognize connection internet connection fine). adobe support has had me try updating permissions on various folders , update host file , nothing works. our department has no solution...we paying subscription , none of cs6 applications (which i've used weeks no problems prior issue popping last week) run in non-trial mode. have other ideas how can fix problem? should uninstall/reinstall every application?
