Adobe Premere Elements 10 - Setup error

adobe premere elements 10 - setup. setup has detected dynamiclinkmanager (dynamiclinkmanager.exe) in use. please running exe(s). don't have anythig else running. restarted computer , still error. how fix it.? dick

in - adobe install problems 800-642-3623 - but, think weekday number, not weekends or holidays

 

otherwise... more information needed... since exe, presume windows?

 

which windows, , computer hardware?
