Everything's too small!!!!

we have photoshop elements 7.0 , have been using on old computer.    took dive , have new one....reloaded software , although can

the way want it......all tool icons , print 1/2 size now....

 

any suggestions on do???

try adjusting display resolution via windows control panel.
